What we store
Oracryn may store Discord user, server and channel IDs, plus gameplay data such as collections, card progress, currencies, items, Pacts, tags, trades, missions, encounters and bot settings. We may also store account restriction status and moderation history needed to enforce bans, prebans and anti-abuse rules.
How it is used
This data is used to save progress, process commands, run trades and encounters, apply permissions and server settings, verify account actions, enforce moderation, prevent abuse and diagnose service problems.
Payment reports
When you report an Arcana payment, Oracryn may store transaction-report metadata such as your Discord user ID and display name, the selected Arcana package, USD amount, payment method, report status, timestamps and staff review information. This information is used to verify delivery, prevent duplicate credits and maintain an audit trail.
What we do not do
Oracryn is not designed to collect unrelated message content, Discord passwords, card numbers, PayPal credentials, wallet private keys or seed phrases. Payment credentials stay with the payment provider or wallet you choose. We do not sell user data.
Public gameplay
Some gameplay information is public by design, such as card ownership, collections, rankings, trades and encounter results. Privacy settings may hide some views, but they do not make every action or game record private.
Data requests
If you want to ask about your data or request deletion, contact us through Oracryn Support. Limited moderation, anti-abuse, payment-verification or service-integrity records may be retained when they are still needed to protect the service, resolve account or transaction issues, or enforce restrictions.
