Open the official Discord with the command, exact error and your user ID if staff needs to check your account.
Arcana payment
Register the payment on the Arcana page, then open a ticket with your receipt.
Bug report or visual issue
Send a screenshot for visual bugs and include the steps needed to reproduce them.

Tell staff which command or action triggered the issue.
02Exact error
Copy the message or attach a screenshot instead of paraphrasing it.
03Discord user ID
Include it only when staff needs to check your account.
